A dog or cat is generally considered a pet (subject to applicable assistance animal policies and all applicable laws and regulations). No other animals are allowed. All animals are subject to management approval and Community policy. Maximum of two (2) pets per apartment. Pet fee of $300 per pet due upon move in. Pet rent of $35 per pet due monthly. No aggressive dog breeds or aggressive dog breed mix(es) will be permitted which include, but are not limited to: Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Chow, Pitbull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, German Shepherd, Mastiff, Dalmatian, Akita, Siberian Husky, St. Bernard, and Wolf Mix. Pets need to be vaccinated and licensed in accordance with applicable law and a veterinarian’s statement verifying vaccination and licensure must be provided. Assistance animals are not pets and are not subject to these criteria.
